Brandy DaVila is the Owner and Creator of Salon Tenshi Hair Salon, and Tenshi Make-up.

DaVila developed her Salon and Make-up line, based on the belief that beauty shines from the inside out. Healthy hair and skin is her top priority, and her clients walk out of Salon Tenshi and the Tenshi Make-up Bar, as living proof.

Brandy has spent more than a decade in the beauty business studying the products and techniques that work best on various hair textures, and skin types. Over the years, she has represented some of the most well established names in the hair care industry. Phyto, Paul Mitchell, and Wella, are just some of the companies she has worked with, and she has even taught Graham-Webb. Davila spent years as a Master Colorist, Top Producer, and Master Trainer in Cutting, before branching out, to open her own businesses.

Just one year after opening Salon Tenshi in Center City Philadelphia, Brandy, and her husband and business partner, Victor, opened the Tenshi Make-up Bar in Northern Liberties. Tenshi Make-up Bar sells Tenshi Make-up, which was designed with you in mind. Tenshi Make-up is mineral make-up. That means it is all natural and hypo-allergenic. The Tenshi Make-up Bar is an urban getaway, a serene place to go and “get your face on.” Whether you’re headed to work, for a night on the town, or if you need make-up for your wedding, or any other special occasion, the Tenshi Make-Up Bar can make you look fabulous. DaVila and her family live in the Philadelphia area.
